Dandelion - 2 recipes presented
Recipe 1 - dandelion syrup

Let 100 grams of fresh dandelion flowers boil in approx. 0.75 liters of water for a few minutes. Sieve the petals out of the liquid, add 1 kg of brown sugar and season with lemon juice. Then let the liquid continue to simmer until there is a syrup consistency - this takes about 45 to 60 minutes. As soon as threads are drawn in the dandelion syrup, you can fill it in sterilized glasses. After cooling, it is ready to eat.
By the way: Dandelion syrup can be stored in the dark, cool basement for up to a year.
Recipe 2 - dandelion jelly

You can then make a sweet-tasting jelly from the liquid. For this you need a pack of jam sugar 2: 1 (approx. 1 kilogram). You can even taste the sweet dandelion jelly with a little lemon juice. Then you have to fill the finished jelly in sterilized jam jars and let them cool well when they have fallen.
